2. Focus on expressing your emotions to your spouse using the following phrases as primers:
I feel angry when "... " if comfortable kick it up a notch to "I feel angry when you..."
I feel sad when "... " if comfortable kick it up a notch to "I feel sad when you..."
I feel fear when "... " if comfortable kick it up a notch to "I feel fear when you..."
I feel love when "... " if comfortable kick it up a notch to "I feel love when you..."
